'Wayward Second Son' No More

SAN FRANCISCO - Newton Lam wants a bigger courtroom. But the San Francisco Superior Court judge's desire for additional space doesn't appear to be driven by ego. In fact, it would be hard to find anyone donning the black robes who displays less sense of entitlement.
