Clifford Chance Chooses Its Managing Partner in Americas
The partnership at Clifford Chance elected a new managing partner for its Americas region, the firm announced Oct. 11. John K. Carroll, formerly head of the firm's regulatory and white-collar defense litigation group, succeeds James N. Benedict. Carroll's three-year term begins Jan. 1. He will oversee operations in the firm's six U.S. offices and in Brazil.
