Longtime Judge, Neutral Had Knack for Work

LOS ANGELES - Robert D. Fratianne, a retired Los Angeles Superior Court judge who spent the past 11 years as a neutral, has died at 72. A family representative said Fratianne died Monday of complications from pancreatic cancer.
