Chastised Honda Settles Rollover Case

Sarah Davis' trial against American Honda Motors Co. took an unexpected turn. The quadriplegic sued Honda for causing her crippling injuries in a rollover car accident three years ago. In the middle of trial, a Placer County Superior Court judge found that a Honda expert had tampered with evidence and in a scathing order stripped the auto company of its defenses.
