Two Virginia Counties Will Get First Crack at Trials for Snipers

WASHINGTON - The two suspects collared in the serial sniper killings here will be tried first in two Virginia counties where they stand the best chance of receiving a death sentence if convicted, Attorney General John D. Ashcroft announced Thursday.
