Judge's Compassion Got Him Into, Out of Scandal

REDLANDS - Craig Kamansky had an unsettling experience last year when he served as a juror deliberating on a civil case. "Some of the people on the jury were speculating about evidence they hadn't been given at trial," Kamansky, a Redlands judge who handles a criminal calendar, said.
