LOS ANGELES -Los Angeles Superior Court has mailed ballots for one open court commissioner vacancy to 412 Superior Court judges. Topping the list of the 21 candidates is attorney Michael Convey of the Sherman Oaks firm of Silva Clasen & Raffalow.
