Retired Probate Lawyer Made Jewelry by Hand
LOS ANGELES - Services have taken place for retired sole practitioner and jewelry maker James E. Sloan of Los Angeles. Sloan, a past president of the Glendale Bar Association, died June 6 at Glendale Memorial Hospital from complications following surgery for an abdominal aneurysm, his daughter Sherry Stubbs of La Crescenta said. He was 86.
