3Com Protects Handheld Computer Copyright
In legal proceedings that have spanned the Pacific Ocean, 3Com Corp. has succeeded in persuading judges in Hong Kong and the United States to issue injunctions barring the further distribution and sale of a competing handheld computer that 3Com says contains copyrighted source code.
