State Bar Seizes Probate Lawyer's Practice

LOS ANGELES - State Bar investigators have seized the law practice of a Woodland Hills probate attorney, alleging that he has "misappropriated" more than $2.6 million from at least six client trust accounts, including one belonging to an ill relative and another to close friends.
