Elder-Abuse Expert Followed His Brothers' Footsteps

LOS ANGELES - Services for Los Angeles attorney William O. Garcia of Wilkes & McHugh will take place Thursday. The medical malpractice and elder abuse litigator known affectionately as "Uncle Bill" died of internal bleeding at St. Joseph's Hospital in Burbank on June 7. He was 68.
