LOUDCLOUD FORECASTS SUCCESS WITH FRONTERA
Loudcloud Inc. will acquire Frontera Corp. The stock deal, announced Feb. 28, is worth $13 million. Sunnyvale's Loudcloud manages Web sites and other Internet structures for companies that do business on the Internet. Its customers include Blockbuster Inc., the Ford Motor Co. and Juniper Financial Corp.
