Judge Dismisses Eavesdropping Charges

SANTA ANA - An Orange County judge Friday dismissed eavesdropping and conspiracy to commit eavesdropping charges against Glendora lawyer John Franklyn Watkins and two of Watkins' co-defendants, finding that the statute of limitations for the offenses had expired.
