New Dean Reaches for The Stars at Whittier

LOS ANGELES - Whittier Law School's new dean hasn't had much time to write poetry or work out with his son since he moved here from Connecticut in July. The goals Neil Cogan has set for himself and his new school in the next five years suggest those hobbies may take a good, long rest for now.
