Alleged Assault Victim Speaks Out

SAN JOSE - A Santa Clara County prosecutor, hoping to get legislation passed that would make it easier to convict defendants accused of molesting children after the statute of limitations has expired, is taking a 17-year-old alleged assault victim to Sacramento to press his case.
