Not Free of Bigotry

Andrew Jackson once thundered, "[Chief Justice] John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it." Substitute California Supreme Court Justice Janice Brown as the target of contempt, and the quote could be the motto for a disturbingly large number of cities, counties and school districts around the Golden State. These are the communities where race and sex preferences are alive and well, in violation of the principle of equal justice under law.
