Ex-DA Renews His Bias Suit, in Federal Court

RIVERSIDE - Patrick Dutton, a former Riverside prosecutor who unsuccessfully sued the district attorney's office for employment discrimination in 1999, has filed a federal lawsuit against his former supervisors in the office and the lawyer who represented them.
