Hahn Has the Experience to Make Los Angeles a Safe City

As a 16-year-city prosecutor, Jim Hahn has compiled hands-on public safety experience. As a college student, Jim Hahn volunteered in a legal-aid clinic where he helped low-income women get restraining orders from abusive spouses or boyfriends. It was an eye-opening experience he never forgot. Today, his domestic violence unit is the largest of its kind in the country, prosecuting more than 20,000 cases per year.
