President Bush Nominates Sheppard Mullin Counsel
President George W. Bush plans to nominate Matt Fong as undersecretary of the Army, the White House has announced. Fong, who served as California treasurer from 1995 to 1999, is special counsel to Los Angeles' Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton.
