County Lobbies State to Fix Rickety Courthouse

SAN BERNARDINO - The roof and windows leak. The interior walls have cracks. Concrete is crumbling, the elevators need repairs and the four floors of the 75-year-old San Bernardino courthouse could flatten like pancakes if a major earthquake hits the region.
