Phony Purported Penitance

Can a murderer repent? In their recent amici brief filed in Los Angeles Superior Court in support of the habeas corpus petition of convicted murderer Robert Rosenkrantz, the California Council of Churches, the Board of Rabbis of Northern California and the California Province of Society of Jesus (Jesuits) state not only that a murderer can repent but also that Rosenkrantz has repented.
