Constant Calling

The single most common complaint to the State Bar by clients is, "My attorney won't return my phone calls." Few things seem to irritate clients more than feeling that they are being ignored. Although there may be good reasons why their attorneys don't return their calls right away, clients usually think it's because their attorneys don't think they, and their questions and cases, are very important.
