Orange County jury awards former Nissan car salesman $256.4 million

A Miller Barondess LLP attorney, Amnon Siegel, has won a $256.4 million jury award for his firm's client in litigation against Nissan Motor Company.

An Orange County Superior Court jury has awarded $256.4 million to a once-prominent Los Angeles auto dealer, finding that the financing arm of Nissan Motor Company Ltd. wrongly cut off funding to six dealerships that resulted in their shuttering at the height of the great recession.
