WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to stay a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that upheld Arizona's campaign finance laws.
Although the justices have not yet decided to hear the case on the merits, the court's intervention has an immediate impact on this year's state elections in Arizona, including the governor's race.
