George Hahn - steamed that he was fined $100,000 by the state for selling his "Worm Gold" fertilizer - is taking his case to the Sacramento County Superior Court.
The San Diego County businessman was selling what he calls an organic, non-toxic fertilizer that he invented, made from worm castings, and used to care for plants and protect them from insects.
