Bancroft Apartments in San Diego sells for $1.86 million

The buyer was Vida Melroy Separate Property Trust and Jack G. Melroy Living Trust. The seller was Wilson Real Estate Investments LLC a California limited liability company.

A seven-unit apartment building located at 4735 Bancroft St. in San Diego has been sold for $1,855,000 or $265,000 per unit.
