Lawyers for Pellicano, Christensen Will Present Six Motions

U.S. District Judge Dale S. Fischer is slated to hear six defense motions filed by Pellicano and prominent entertainment lawyer Terry Christensen. Federal prosecutors claim Christensen hired the investigator to wiretap on behalf of a client.
