Court Won't Review Case Against Insurer

The California Supreme Court on Wednesday declined to review a $10.5 million judgment against 20th Century Insurance Co. (now 21st Century Insurance Co.). The case began in 1994 when Cecilia Encarnacion's landlord shot and killed her husband in a dispute over rent.
