San Francisco Joins List of Plaintiffs in Bay Area Spill Suits

The owners and operators of the ship that spilled 58,000 gallons of fuel into the San Francisco Bay should pay for the city's costs of dealing with the incident, according to a lawsuit filed Monday by City Attorney Dennis J. Herrera.
