Physicians Group Counsel Sees State in Eye of Health Care Storm

About 6.6 million Californians are without health insurance, according to the California Healthcare Foundation, a nonprofit advocacy group. Republicans, Democrats and Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger each have proposed ways of making health care affordable to everyone, but efforts to adopt a single plan stalled this summer.
