Moves Reflect Rising Demand for Environmental Specialists

SAN FRANCISCO - With climate change an increasingly hot topic with lawmakers in Sacramento, the market for environmental lawyers seems to be heating up in response. On Monday, Bingham McCutchen announced it had snagged air quality attorney Kevin Poloncarz from Farella Braun + Martel. Poloncarz, who headed Farella's air quality and climate change practice, is now a partner in Bingham McCutchen's environmental practice group.
