Jury Gets Brocade Executive's Case

SAN FRANCISCO - In the backdating criminal trial of former Brocade Communications Systems Inc. Chief Executive Officer Gregory Reyes' co-defendant, attorneys on both sides are betting that less is more. The jury began deliberating Tuesday afternoon on the fate of Stephanie Jensen, Brocade's vice president of human resources, after a trial in which prosecution and defense attorneys decided to play it safe.
