L.A. Supervisors OK $2.5 Million Settlement

LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles County supervisors Tuesday approved a $2.5 million settlement in a medical negligence lawsuit alleging that a 4-year-old boy suffered irreversible brain damage after being taken into protective custody at MacLaren Hall.
