Justices Seek Funds for Security

WASHINGTON - During their annual appearance before Congress, justices of the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday asked lawmakers for more money to improve court security, while fielding questions on everything from possible high court vacancies to the use of international law in recent court opinions.
