H.G. Fenton buys iconic Bankers Hill office property

H.G. Fenton Company has purchased the Old Fire Station No. 3 in Bankers Hill to use as office space, according to brokers with Voit Real Estate Services.

H.G. Fenton Company has purchased the Old Fire Station No. 3 in Bankers Hill to use as office space, according to brokers with Voit Real Estate Services.

San Diego-based H.G. Fenton acquired the building, at 2870 5th Ave., San Diego 92103, for $2.965 million.

"It is a terrific location in one of San Diego's hottest submarkets with great long-term potential," said Ryan King of Voit, who along with Kipp Gstettenbauer represented Canada-based seller Linfield Investments LP.
