Undersheriff's counsel denied new evidence in trial

U.S. District Court Judge Percy Anderson denied a motion in limine Monday from defense attorneys for former Los Angeles County Undersheriff Paul Tanaka, who sought to have four out-of-court statements from a 2013 interview with former Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca admitted into evidence in the undersheriff's upcoming trial.
