Quinn Emanuel hired to represent teachers' fund in suit against VW

The California State Teachers Retirement System, with a portfolio valued at $179.4 billion, has retained Quinn Emanuel to represent it in a planned securities litigation that will include other as-yet-unannounced plaintiffs, the fund announced Friday.
