Ousted Tulare County judge appeals removal from the bench

Judge Valeriano Saucedo, accused of cultivating 'special relationship' with clerk, argues the CJP assumed his guilt while ignoring other party's motivations and actions.

A Tulare County Superior Court judge ordered off the bench for his "special relationship" with a clerk has appealed to the state Supreme Court.

In challenging the Commission on Judicial Performance decision, Judge Valeriano Saucedo's attorney, Randall A. Miller of Miller Law APC, argues the commission assumed Saucedo's guilt while ignoring the clerk's motivations and actions.
