Progress toward statewide digital court underway

Los Angeles County, the nation's largest trial court, expects to implement e-filing on all civil cases by November.

Los Angeles County Superior Court implemented e-Delivery in seven courtrooms for personal injury cases this week, an intermediary step before implementing full electronic filing on all general and unlimited civil cases in November, officials said.
