Sheldon H. Sloan, 1935 - 2016

Judge Sheldon Sloan passed away Friday at the age of 80. Friends and family described him as a likable, smart, and hard working man who dedicated his life to law and politics.

Former judge Sheldon H. Sloan, a connected lawyer-turned-lobbyist with a sense of humor who was heavily involved in Republican politics for decades, died Feb. 26 after succumbing to leukemia. He was 80.
