SDCWA taps new top lawyer

The San Diego County Water Authority named Mark J. Hattam as general counsel late Thursday.

The San Diego County Water Authority named Mark J. Hattam as general counsel late Thursday. Hattam, who will start in the role in mid-March, currently serves as outside counsel to the agency as a litigation partner with Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP. Hattam's practice covers water rights and environmental regulations.
