9th Circuit: FBI not liable for failing to share information

Over a heated dissent, the 9th Circuit affirmed a district court's ruling Wednesday that FBI investigators can't be held accountable for failing to inform local law enforcement about the plans of a militant group in Arizona that later murdered the plaintiff's family members in her home.
