Hueston Hennigan LLP has come under fire in a Central District lawsuit for its name partners allegedly simultaneously representing the plaintiff and a defendant in the case.

Manhattan Beach-based M. Cris Armenta filed a motion Saturday seeking to disqualify the Los Angeles firm because it has caused an "awkward and seemingly non-waivable conflict of interest," she wrote....
