Finnegan helps software company client score defense win at Federal Circuit

ABBYY USA Software House Inc. won an appellate decision against patent holder Nuance Communications Inc.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit rejected a call Monday from Nuance Communications Inc. for a new patent infringement trial, affirming a defense win for software producer ABBYY USA Software House Inc. and counsel at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner LLP.
