Bankruptcy judge says no to interloper, again
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Dennis Montali of the Northern District has rejected another attempt by an unsecured creditor in the Howrey LLP bankruptcy to bring a class action against dozens of former Howrey partners.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Dennis Montali of the Northern District has rejected another attempt by an unsecured creditor in the Howrey LLP bankruptcy to bring a class action against dozens of former Howrey partners.
Howrey Claims LLC, through its counsel San Francisco litigator William McGrane, had sought to sue the partners of the bankrupt law firm in order to collect funds directly for a class of unsecured creditors.
