Judge's Booming Voice Calmed Defendants

LOS ANGELES - Services are pending for retired Los Angeles Superior Court Judge H. Keith Byram. Byram, who served as a bench officer for the Los Angeles Municipal and Superior courts for 25 years, died Oct. 12 of congestive heart failure at the Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital in Valencia. He was 77.
