New Bar Chief Touts Webcasts

SAN JOSE - The incoming president of the Santa Clara County Bar Association hopes to use organization's Web site as a membership draw. Lisa Herrick, a Santa Clara County deputy county counsel who will take over as president in 2004, is eager to go into the "next phase" of the association's site, and hopes to offer live Webcasts of mandatory continuing legal education seminars.
