Court Orders a New Hearing for DUI Case Involving Biased Judge

SANTA ANA - A state appellate panel has ordered a new hearing for an Orange County man whose license was suspended for driving under the influence of alcohol. The panel found that a Department of Motor Vehicles hearing officer showed bias in dismissing the credibility of the defendant's expert witness.
