LOS ANGELES - Services have taken place for Ronald P. Givner, a securities specialist who died unexpectedly two weeks ago. Givner, who was remembered both for the depth of his legal knowledge and his generosity in sharing it with others, died of a heart attack on Nov. 15 at his Pacific Palisades home. He was 56.
