A Sares-Regis Group fund recently received more than $300 million it will use to acquire more properties in the western United States.
The Irvine-based company said the intent of the Sares-Regis Multifamily Value-Add Fund II is to leverage the fund to acquire approximately $850 million in apartment assets.
This summer, Sares-Regis Group paid $56.9 million to acquire the 208-unit Mission Trails Apartments in the San Carlos area of San Diego.
